The Genesys approach follows 5 steps:
- Customer provides a 3D model of the Target
- Customer indicates Features (e.g. solubility)
- GeneSys applies a Graph Neural Network to create a representation of the Target
- A Latent Diffusion model generates the Ligand
- A Transformer Neural Network determines the corresponding SELFIE or FASTA format
